You can help make Remember Warsaw happen in 2027 and beyond by making a monetary contribution. Donations made to the Remember Warsaw Corporation (a 501-(c)(3) non-profit organization) will support future performances, help to fund revisions to the score, and pay for a new professional recording that will be used for educational purposes in schools, houses of worship, and community centers. Contributions will also help to finance visual and photographic work and the dramaturgy preparation.

You can also click on the symphony of your choice on the map below, and follow the prompts and make a direct donation online.
Donations to the University of Minnesota will support the performance on November 5, 2027, under the direction of Matthew Mehaffey, and donations to the Waterbury Symphony Orchestra (WSO) will support the performance on November 7, 2027, under the direction of Lief Bjaland.
The WSO performance will commemmorate Kristallnacht, the Night of Broken Glass, when Nazis burned more than 1,400 synagogues, vandalized thousands of Jewish-owned businesses, broke into Jewish people’s apartments and homes, and desecrated Jewish religious objects. They also humiliated, assaulted, and killed Jewish people (US Holocaust Memorial Museum).
Contributions to the WSO will also support a performance scheduled for April 23, 2028. This performance will commemorate Yom Hashoah, or Holocaust Remembrance Day, which falls within the timeframe of the anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising in April-May 1943 (US Holocaust Memorial Museum).
The following categories apply to donors who contribute directly to Remember Warsaw Corporation or to the Waterbury Symphony Orchestra. (The University of Minnesota's policies prohibit offering any perks in exchange for financial support.)
